He is a leader in the industry and active participant in the national discussion for healthcare-reform policy and compliance matters. His work has included engaging with the White House, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, U.S. Department of Labor, and other federal agencies on behalf of a particular client’s needs. Prior to joining Innovo Benefits Group, Elissa served as an Assistant Vice President at Aon Hewitt and as Senior Account Manager/Director of Administrative Services for Summit Benefit Solutions. Her expertise includes management of large and self-insured accounts as well as creating systems and processes for employee benefits outsourcing services, including COBRA administration, daily benefits administration, employee communications, health reimbursement accounts, and IRS filings. Earlier in her career, Elissa was a Senior Benefits Analyst at Boston Scientific, where she helped manage the health & welfare benefits program for over 10,000 employees nationwide.

At Innovo, Elissa is responsible for account management services, including financial analysis and pricing, marketing and renewal analysis, vendor negotiations, data analysis, plan design recommendations, implementation, regulatory compliance assistance, and day-to-day client relations.

Prior to joining Innovo Benefits Group in May 2017, Scott served as an account manager for seven years on the consulting as well as insurance carrier sides of the business. He is highly regarded for his intimate knowledge of the insurance carriers in the industry and for his high level of client consultation and service. Earlier in his career, Scott was a senior underwriter at Prudential Insurance Company of America, where he collaborated with national benefits brokers on clients with up to 10,000 employees.

With more than 13 years of human resources and payroll experience, and a career spanning both the client and consultant sides of the business, Ann brings a breadth of perspective to her role. She has served as HR Business Partner and as Vice President of Human Resources at other area organizations and has been responsible for all major aspects of HR administration, including employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment, affirmative action, HR compliance consulting, and disciplinary action and terminations. In addition, she has overseen employee benefits administration, including health, dental, retirement, life insurance, disability, and flexible spending accounts.

Nancy Rodick

Nancy has more than 14 years of experience in employee benefits. She took on a variety of roles during that time: administrative, analytical, technical, reconciliatory, and compliance filing. She has sat on both sides of the table, both as a client of 10,000-plus-employee organizations and as a consultant working with large and small employers. She has held leadership roles implementing KnowledgeWare tools for a human resource service center, implementing new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) tools, developing benefit-plans communications for employees, and analyzing company needs for benefit improvements and new plan offerings. Although a benefits analyst at heart, Nancy has a keen interest in technical systems and HRIS.

At Innovo Benefits Group, Nancy manages COBRA administration for clients, day-to-day client benefits administration, and enrollment systems implementation and testing.

Jennifer Noonan

Jennifer has over 15 years of human resources experience, spanning the full spectrum of HR functions. Over a career at both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, her work has included recruiting, HR administration, employee relations, performance management, training, and employee benefits.

At Innovo, Jennifer manages day-to-day client-facing benefits administration, HR consulting, employee on-boarding, policy implementation, and enrollment systems implementation.

Prior to joining Innovo, she was the HR specialist for the Founders Affiliate of the American Heart Association, specializing in employee health and wellness. In that role, she was the subject-matter expert on all aspects of the benefit process — from plan design to claims adjudication. She led the team for the technical training and system administration of the HRIS system.
